The whole area is perfect for beach lovers and walkers, with the small fishing port of Padstow close by, offering a beautiful harbour, shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants, plus within reach is the town of Newquay, which has something for everyone, including a zoo, sea life centre and excellent watersport opportunities. We were so lucky with the weather and got on the beach every day. The house has a washing machine, an indoor clothes horse and an outdoor line, so we were able to wash and dry our beach gear every day - very handy! The location is perfect for the Farmers Arms pub, a few minutes walk away. Our favourite beaches, Trevone and Treyarnon, are just five minutes in the car. The house was spotless, the garden well maintained, and the bed very comfy! Also the shower is one of the best I've had in holiday accommodation. Thank you Val for letting us stay in your lovely property!
