Open plan living encompassing the kitchen, dining area and lounge make it ideal for all of the family to spend quality time together. Set in a stunning rural and quiet location, with easy access to the beaches on the north and south Cornish coasts, St Ives and Penzance it is perfect for a holiday anytime of the year. The Park is adjacent to the River Hayle with an excellent riverside path for dog walking. There is also a large onsite exercise area for dogs.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6") chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, dressing table. En Suite Cloakroom: Basin, w.c.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside units, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Shower Room: Electric shower, basin, w.c.
garden & parking: Allocated parking for 1 car. Enclosed decking with garden furniture.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Pet Welcome: Maximum 2 (medium size) £25 per week. Information about bringing your pet .
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; Electric fire in lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided.
