The Pool House at Trefanny Hill is situated in the heart of the Cornish countryside with Looe and Polperro being close by, it is the perfect getaway to explore Cornwall. You will enjoy absolute peace and tranquility in your walled garden and when you need any local amenities they are just a short drive or a picturesque, country walk away. Fantastic locations such as Looe, Fowey, Polperro and Bodmin Moor all also within a short drive.

Kitchen: Electric oven and grill, four ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cafetiere.

Living room: TV/DVD player, Freeview and dining table for two.

Bathroom: Electric shower, separate bath, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers. 

Parking & garden: Parking space on St. Mary Manor’s large driveway, walled garden around the pool area. The pool is heated form 1st may to 30th September. 

Changeover day: Friday changeover - Arrival - 3pm - Departure - 10am 

Power & Heat: Heated towel rail, electric heaters.

Pets: Maximum 1; £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.

Bedding & linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Pool towels and flip flops also provided. 

Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided.
