You are some 9 miles from the stunning South West Coast Path, which traces the edge of fabulous landscape scenery and is home to a plethora of wildlife offering a wealth of walking and cycling. 8 Lake View is also well-placed for the delightful village of Polperro, famous for its seafood caught by local fishermen, while Fowey makes a lovely day out with its museum, old fashioned aquarium and ferry trips over to Polruan. Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles west of Looe, hosting a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port within easy reach, offering plenty of amenities for you to enjoy. The sandy Looe Beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families. You have easy access to the coast, the moors, National Trust properties and Cornwall's famous gardens.
