Reviews consistently mention the property being clean and well-kept, with only a minor note about dust from a track. The high level of cleanliness contributes significantly to the positive guest experience.

The property's location is frequently described as peaceful and ideal for exploring West Cornwall. Its rural setting on a working farm adds to the charm, although guests should be prepared for a bit of travel for supplies and dining out.
