Fields slope down over 600 yards to Pelyn Creek and a secluded tidal beach (kayaking, sailing, windsurfing hire/tuition) on the Percuil River with views across to St Mawes. You are welcome to wander the surrounding 13 acres of fields and woodland and meet Sally, the friendly pet pig. Own enclosed courtyard garden ( picnic table, barbecue).
The living area is on the first floor with spectacular views across a ‘hidden’ valley and a feeling of being up in the treetops. Front door into open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven) with beams, woodburner, sofa bed, TV/DVD, iPod dock and French windows from the dining area to balustrade. Stairs down to two bedrooms (limited clothes-hanging space) –a double with door to courtyard, and a twin; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). A welcoming cottage in an idyllic setting, lovely for peace, watersports and walking countryside and riverbanks.
