Sandpiper is situated in a secluded corner of the beautiful Maenporth Estate, with lovely sea views from the south-east facing lawned rear garden. The new owners have refurbished to a high standard, including a feature electric fire for those chilly evenings, and underfloor heating in the entrance hall and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attractive large window, with window seat, looking out to the sea. A new en-suite has been installed. The second twin bedroom looks out onto the majestic Monterey pines. There is a bath, with overhead shower, in the family bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished for children and has two full-size bunks. Furthermore, Sandpiper has its own designated private parking bay next to the cottage's front door. 

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, a children's play area and table tennis and pool tables.. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Please note, the tennis courts are currently closed for essential maintenance and aim to be open for May Half Term.

Access is via the private front door.

Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dish washer and Tassimo coffee machine.

Upstairs to Master bedroom 1  with a 5ft king-size bed and en-suite shower room with shower enclosure, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 with twin single beds.

Bedroom 3 with 3ft set of bunk beds.

Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin, WC and towel rail.

Outside

Rear garden with garden table and chairs.

Parking

1 designated car parking space. Parking for additional cars in adjacent Ridges car park.

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity, heating, Wi-Fi. Cots and high chairs are available to hire.

EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. You will need the EV Charge app.

Please note: Maenporth Estate does not allow minibuses or trade vans on site.

Local Facilities: Beach a short walk down the hill. Complex includes restaurant and bar near the beach, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, children’s play area and games tables. Falmouth with all facilities 3 miles.
