Providing comfortable accommodation it is situated near the pretty town of Falmouth, South Cornwall, a fabulous area for a family holiday. There is a lovely bedroom on the first floor along with a bunk bedroom and bathroom whilst on the ground floor there is a modern style, open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The small patio area is perfect for lazy lunches in the summer months. Enjoy the beautiful managed grounds as you stroll to the splash pool or go for a workout in the gym. There is also a bar/cafe open throughout the summer.

A fifteen minute walk along the lane will bring you out at Swanpool, with its sandy, protected and vibrant cove that has easy level access and after a hard day relaxing, take a break for lunch or dinner at Hooked on the Rocks where you can dine with a sea view. The quieter cove at Maenporth is a perfect spot for a lazy day or an invigorating swim. The quintessential Cornish destinations of North Helford and Falmouth have a wonderful mix of beach, creek and woodland along with some historical interest with Falmouth being home to the National Maritime Museum. Hop on a boat and take a trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro. This is a lovely choice for a young family who want to want to make some wonderful memories

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry viii, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
