"There are two quite steep steps in the property between the kitchen area and the lounge which my wife, being partly disabled, found quite difficult.She mentioned this to Justin and when we returned to the cottage the next day we found that a grab rail had been fitted in exactly the right position.This was very much appreciated ( I also found it useful!) and I'm sure it will be helpful to any future guests with similar difficulties.It was unfortunately a very wet and cold week and at our request the heating system ( which would normally be turned off at this time of year)was re-set to give us a little heat in the morning and in the evening, which was very welcome."
