Inside, original stone floors and centuries-old vaulted ceilings speak to the home’s heritage, whilst contemporary design and furnishings bring effortless style. With a unique layout that works well for 6-8 guests, Villetta Tiella comprises two side-by-side air-conditioned dwellings that are joined by a large door connecting both living spaces. Altogether, there are three en suite bedrooms for 6 guests (plus two additional shower rooms) and two single sofa-beds in one of the living rooms.
On one side of the house, step into the stylish open-plan living-dining area with its well-equipped kitchen and sleek sofas. Walk through to a bright double bedroom with a high ceiling and a spacious en suite shower room. A second smaller shower room can also be found between the sleeping and living quarters.
The other side of the house, almost mirrored in design, also features a chic open-plan living space with French windows opening to the main terrace with its ancient olive tree and outdoor dining area beneath a shaded sail. Pass another shower room as you walk down the steps to the first bedroom, light-filled with its vaulted ceiling and pretty blue doors. Another connecting double bedroom awaits, this one smaller and rustic. Both bedrooms benefit from their own modern en suite shower rooms.
Outdoors, life unfolds beside the olive trees. Whether savouring breakfast in the dappled morning light, lighting the wood-fired oven for a long lunch or enjoying an aperitivo under the stars, every moment here is made to linger. Multiple seating areas and garden space create the ideal setting for relaxed days and convivial evenings.
Capitolo’s glorious beaches lie around 400 metres away, reachable on foot via a scenic path through the olive trees or by bicycle. When it’s time to explore further, the historic lanes of Monopoli and Fasano are a short drive away. Day trips to Polignano a Mare and Alberobello offer coastal drama and fairytale trulli landscapes in equal measure.

Please note that opening dates/hours are seasonal for all coastal restaurants, bars and lidos with some only open in high season.
