Three miles away is the village of Emly that has a large shop, butchers, post office and three pubs. The popular town of Tipperary is surrounded by walks and cycle routes, with the town itself situated in the Glen of Aherlow between the Slievenamuck Hills and the Galtee Mountains.
The town has a 19th century market hall, a motte and bailey castle, and a number of restaurants and pubs. Also from Tipperary are rail links to Dublin, Waterford, Limerick and Galway. A lovely property for your Ireland adventure.
