Killorglin 2 miles. This welcoming detached cottage is located on a holiday development, two miles from the County Kerry town of Killorglin. Set close to the coast of Castlemaine Harbour, it’s an excellent base for a small group of family or friends who wish to do some scenic sightseeing around County Kerry. With an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area you won’t be stuck if you want to rustle up a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day, with the rest of your party still close at hand in the comfortable sitting area coming up with ideas on where to go or what to see. While the children make use of the large shared lawn, there is a sunny patio area to the back this lovely cottage where you can enjoy a well-earned drink while taking in the fantastic views of Castlemaine Harbour and Caherconree and Baurtregaum mountains. Take a walk across the road to the golf course and enjoy a quick round, or head to the attractive town of Killorglin with its selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs. With spectacular scenery in the surrounding area be sure to do a bit of sightseeing, while out for a walk or cycle in the fresh Irish air. The renowned Ring of Kerry is on your doorstep, plus Tralee, Killarney and the charming Dingle Peninsula are all just a short drive away. A conveniently located cottage with something for everyone to enjoy in the local area.

The pretty town of Killorglin is situated in the heart of County Kerry. Killorglin is the gateway to the Ring of Kerry and offers cafes, restaurants and pubs, along with great fishing and festivals. Close by are sandy beaches and golf courses, while the delightful town of Killarney is also within easy reach, offering a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and theatres.
