As you enter this two-storey property, you’ll find yourself in the cosy lounge with wooden furnishings, neutral tones and a large bay window which looks out onto the sea. Surrounding the flame-effect electric fire is a plump leather sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table, which sit beneath chandelier-style lighting. Continue into the bright kitchen/diner with large glass patio doors and a wooden dining table. The ‘L’-shaped kitchen has wooden cabinets and an AGA-style cooker. Also on the ground floor is a utility room, a separate WC, a family bathroom and three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin room. Upstairs is a king-size bedroom. Outside, you’ll find a garden with furniture and sea views.
During your stay on the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, pack your beach towels for a day on the sandy Inch Beach (2.5 miles). Take a picnic to Annascaul Lake (9.5 miles) and follow the hiking trails through the Glanteenassig Forest Park (16 miles). History enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the Ardamore Standing Stone (12 miles) and the waterfront ruins of Minard Castle (11 miles). Drive along the Caherconree Scenic Route (2.5 miles) to the north of the peninsula and admire the views from Mountoven Scenic Spot (10.5 miles) before reaching Derrymore Beach (10.5 miles).
