The en-suite and down stairs bathroom are not clean with mould evident. There is a strong smell in the utility room from the heating system which should not be there. The counter top in the kitchen is badly damaged and split around the sink, so dirt is collecting there which is not hygienic. The floors were very dirty and the wooden floor in the sitting room has lots of holes and damaged boards which is not suitable for children. There are boards filled in with rubbish. The cream couch is dirty and when we wiped with a cloth it the amount of dirt that came off was disgusting. It’s a shame because the house has so much potential. We have booked to return next year to kilkee but to another property.

The back garden/ yard was a great bonus ...And the location is perfect, right by the sea front.

The view on the cliff walk is breath taking. It definitely rivals the Cliffs of Moher. Carraig Bride is in a perfect location. If you get the weather l can’t think of a nicer place to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
