This homely cottage has been lovingly decorated and furnished to provide you with quality and comfort during your stay. With a choice of four well-presented bedrooms three doubles, and one single, guests will feel relaxed and refreshed in this cottage. A modern, fully fitted kitchen with dining area leads into a comfortable family room with multi-fuel stove. There is a further spacious sitting room to the front of the property. Outside the cottage, you are awestruck by the majestic Nephin mountain, a haven for hillwalkers. The locality is dotted with wonderful lakes and is an anglers paradise. Travel to nearby Pontoon Bridge where a narrow waterway joins mighty Lough Conn with its smaller sister Lough Cullin. Visit nearby Foxford on the River Moy, with its marvellous woollen mills, excellent craft shop and restaurant. Call to the Museum of Country Life at Turlough, Castlebar and experience the trials and tribulations of past generations. The bustling towns of Ballina and Castlebar are a short distance away and offer may attractions and amenities. There's a small lake around 1KM away suitable for swimming, fishing or picnicing and Casltebar is only 10KM away over "Windy Gap" road. As a family of 5(2 adults and 3 children) we couldn't have wanted more from this fantastic host and cottage.
