Whilst the sun is still shining, take a glass of your favourite beverage out back into the rear courtyard, where you can kick back on the garden seating as you toast to your getaway. After enjoying a film on the TV in the sitting room, head for a rejuvenating shower on your way to retiring for a well-earned sleep in one of the two, plush double bedrooms. In County Mayo, Foxford is a charming town located on the River Moy. There are several historic pubs, restaurants, and stores in Foxford, which is well recognised as a tourist destination. The hamlet, which is tucked between the Ox and Nephin Mountains, offers a variety of outdoor pursuits, including hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. The 53-mile Foxford Way trail passes by bogs, river banks, historical monuments, and the Ox Mountains. The River Moy provides some of Ireland's best salmon fishing options for anglers, while the surrounding Loughs Conn and Cullin offer opportunities for brown trout fishing. Foxford is in a prime location for travelling along the Wild Atlantic Way. You may go west to Erris and see its stunning, rugged coastline, or you can go east to Enniscrone and other Sligo villages. Enniscrone boasts a lovely beach and all the amenities of a vacation destination.     Always a warm welcome to foxford when you arrive. The cottage is on a slight inclined road which isn't ideal for everyone, but a lovely location and great views of town and mountains. I would recommend it if you need to be near town off the main road.

    Very comfortable and clean. Made to feel very welcome. Communication was good and all went smoothly. We were two couples. Beds comfortable and it had all we needed. Definitely would recommend.
