A brief car trip will take you to your nearest convenience store, as well as your nearest pub, Darby's Bar, in nearby Cushlough. For a day out, make the short car journey north to Westport, which rests on an Atlantic inlet, and houses a Georgian town centre featuring attractions such as the Colonel's Woods national forest, the Westport House, and the Westport Sea Safari.
