Guests generally appreciate the well-equipped, clean, and spacious property with stunning views and a convenient location for exploring County Mayo. The proximity to local amenities and attractions like beaches and the Greenway adds to the appeal. Some minor maintenance issues and a lack of Wi-Fi are noted, but the overall experience is positive, with many looking forward to returning.
The property is mostly described as spotless and inviting, with fresh bed linen and towels. However, some guests noted areas that could be cleaner, such as windows and walls, which slightly lowers the score.
The location is highly praised for its breathtaking views, proximity to local shops, pubs, and beaches, as well as being an excellent base for exploring the region. The scenic beauty of the area is a highlight for many guests.
The property is considered comfortable, with guests mentioning comfortable beds and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Some guests found the duvet too heavy, but overall, the comfort level is high.
Facilities are generally good, with well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. However, some guests reported issues with non-working appliances and a lack of basic kitchen utensils, which affects the score.
While guests have mentioned little extras being left, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures such as gifts to accurately score this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The view from upstairs was amazing, and the house is located in a lovely private and secure setting. We would definitely recommend the house, and would love to go back again. Would also love if there was any dog friendly accommodation available in Mullranny.

Only slight negative was a lack of basic kitchen utensils such as sharp knives baking trays etc !
