Further sleeping space is available via sofa beds in the living area, offering added flexibility for larger parties.

Outside, guests have access to a shared swimming pool, also used by those staying in the neighbouring Luxury Wing. Each residence benefits from its own private entrance and designated sunlounger area, allowing you to enjoy the setting at your own pace while still making use of the communal space.

Villa Nerantzies – Superior Wing is set in the village of Nerantzies, just a short drive from the seaside town of Selianitika on the northern Peloponnese coast. Here, you’ll find a laid-back coastal setting with a choice of beaches, traditional tavernas and local shops, with some restaurants also offering delivery to the villa.

The surrounding Aigialeia region is known for its wine production, with several nearby wineries—including Tetramithos, Cavino and Achaean Winery—offering tastings and vineyard visits. Along the coastline, there’s a wide selection of beaches to explore, from the family-friendly shores of Selianitika to the clear waters and lively atmosphere of Longos, as well as quieter spots such as Nikolaika-Elaionas.
