This two-bedroom residence forms part of the larger Villa Nerantzies, thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy while still sharing select facilities.

Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features two comfortable double bedrooms, with additional sleeping space available via sofa beds in the living area—ideal for families or small groups travelling together. Interiors are simple and functional, with an emphasis on easy indoor-outdoor living.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, also used by those staying in the neighbouring Superior Wing. Each residence benefits from its own private entrance, along with a designated sunlounger area by the pool, allowing for a sense of independence throughout your stay.

Positioned close to the coastal town of Selianitika, the villa is well placed for exploring the beaches, waterfront tavernas, and wider Achaea region. Whether you're planning laid-back days by the pool or gentle exploration along the Gulf, this is a practical and well-located choice for a Greek getaway.

Villa Nerantzies – Luxury Wing is set in the village of Nerantzies, just a short drive from the seaside town of Selianitika on the northern Peloponnese coast. Here, you’ll find a relaxed coastal atmosphere with a choice of beaches, traditional tavernas and local shops, with some restaurants also offering delivery to the villa.

The surrounding Aigialeia region is particularly known for its wine production, with several nearby wineries—including Tetramithos, Cavino and Achaean Winery—offering tastings and vineyard visits. Along the coastline, there’s a varied selection of beaches to explore, from the family-friendly shores of Selianitika to the clear waters and lively evenings in Longos, as well as quieter spots such as Nikolaika-Elaionas.

For those keen to explore further, the area combines coast, countryside and culture. Highlights include the historic village of Loggos, the Vouraikos Gorge railway, and the Cave of the Lakes near Kastria, along with a range of scenic inland villages and coastal day trips.
