The villa’s privileged location, right by the water’s rocky edge with only the rugged walking trail, Le Sentier du Littoral, separating you from the Mediterranean, means you’ll wake to the sounds of the sea and gaze each day upon the iconic Deux Frères rocks. The villa does not have direct access to the sea, however you only need to walk out the villa's main entrance, around the corner and you can climb over the rocks for a morning dip. 

For a taste of local life, Plage de Sainte-Asile is around 350m away, perfect for morning swims or relaxed afternoons. A small handful of local amenities including a restaurant and grocery shop are within walking distance make daily living delightfully convenient. Head 2km up the coast to the soft sands of Plage des Sablettes, a beloved local beach ideal for families that comes alive on Friday mornings with its colourful market and there are charming evening markets in July and August. 

The charming port of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer (2.5km) offers a postcard-perfect setting with its marina, cafés and gentle pace of life, while La Seyne-sur-Mer (5km) provides bustling markets and a broader range of amenities. Nature enthusiasts will adore exploring the trails of La Forêt de Janas or discovering the glorious beaches around Six-Fours-les-Plages, a stretch of coastline loved for its watersports.
