Renowned for its olive oil heritage and tranquil pace of life, Mouriès is a delight to explore, with its charming stone houses, Wednesday morning market and friendly cafés shaded by plane trees. In the heart of the Vallée des Baux, it’s the ideal base for discovering the raw beauty, culture, and culinary treasures of this captivating corner of Provence.

A short drive brings you to Les Baux-de-Provence (12km), a medieval marvel perched on a rocky outcrop with panoramic views over the Vallée des Baux. Wander its cobbled lanes lined with artisan shops, then step into the spellbinding world of Carrières de Lumières, where art comes to life inside a former quarry.

Just down the road, Maussane-les-Alpilles (8km) and Paradou (9km) offer a taste of authentic village life with excellent local restaurants, wine bars, and a warm Provençal welcome.
