Located in the 16th Arrondissement in the iconic and vibrant Champs Elysée district is the magnificent Apartment Beaumont. Located on the first-floor corner of a 19th-century building, this stunning apartment offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a whole lot of space. Blending contemporary furnishings with original features has produced a breathtaking property full of style and charm.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a spacious, striking entrance hall. A stunning chandelier compliments high ceilings, wood panelling and parquet floor. An inlaid geometric dining table that seats six, occasional furniture and artistic curiosities complete the look.

From the entrance hall, you can access the living area, which sits at the corner of the building. Packed with original features such as cornicing, a fireplace and two Porte Fenêtres, this almost circular room will take your breath away. Decorated in soft greys with a splash of intense pink, it exudes a sense of sophistication and elegance. Comfortably furnished with three contemporary sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table, this room certainly has the wow factor and is a perfect place to relax and entertain.

The master bedroom is accessed from the entrance hall and is beautifully decorated in soft hues of grey and white with parquet flooring. Two large windows overlooking the street bathe the room in light, furnished with a Queen size bed, built-in closets, and a huge gilded antique mirror that takes pride of place between the windows. Undoubtedly, this room has been designed to create the ultimate atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. An ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, well-lit wash basin and WC.

Imposing double doors from the living area leads to Bedroom Two. Also reached from the entrance hall and decorated in soft tones of blue with a parquet floor, bedroom two is light and spacious. Two large windows face the street. Furnished with a double bed, well-stocked bookcase and modern Perspex chair, it also boasts a diverse range of art and curiosities. A compact ensuite bathroom provides a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Reached from both the Master Bedroom and the Living Area is Bedroom three. This room can also be used as a study. Decorated with a quirky mix of modern and vintage furniture, three windows overlook the street. This room has a double sofa bed, a well-stocked bookcase, television, DVD, a built-in closet and a stunning chandelier. A third bathroom from the entrance hall offers a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The well-equipped kitchen has a corner dining area decorated in cheerful oranges and yellow, perfect for breakfast and informal meals. Floor-to-ceiling white cupboards offer plenty of storage space, and the area is light and bright, with quirky art adorning the walls.

The 16th arrondissement, found on the right bank of Paris, has a rich historical legacy as one of the city's most affluent areas. It was once home to renowned literary figures like Marcel Proust, who is commemorated with a street bearing his name, and Honoré de Balzac, whose house and museum are must-visit attractions for fans of French literature. The best part? Admission to Balzac's house and museum is entirely free!

Parc de Bagatelle is well worth a visit. One of Paris' four botanical gardens, there is so much to see. Created in 1775, it's home to a charming chateau, giant trees, plant life, rocks, caves and an expanse of lakes and waterfalls. Just a short stroll from the apartment is the world-famous Trocadéro Gardens, don't forget to take your camera! Created for the Universal Exposition in 1937, it offers terrific views of the Eiffel Tower.

The main attraction is the Warsaw fountains with its 20 water cannons. You will be stunned by the amazing water display, especially when it is lit on summer evenings. Sitting right beside the fountain is the famous Trocadéro carousel, a vintage merry-go-round made of traditional wood. It is a Paris must-see.

The Champs-Élysées needs no introduction! An iconic and vibrant district that embodies the city's elegance and glamour, it stretches from the Arc de Triomphe to the Place de la Concorde. A broad and bustling avenue lined with prestigious and luxurious boutiques, known for its architectural splendour and avenues of trees, you will find yourself promenading with a lively mix of locals and visitors worldwide.

This area is a paradise for shoppers, offering a wide range of high-end fashion brands, designer stores, and flagship stores of international labels. You can indulge in a world of style and sophistication, from elegant fashion boutiques to renowned luxury brands.

Eating out is an experience of its own. The city, famous for its café culture and gastronomic delights, can tempt even the fussiest tastebuds. A visit to one of its many street food stalls to snack on anything from Crepes to noodles or enjoy a sumptuous five-course, you can be sure to be sated.
