Meanwhile, accessed via a glass-top staircase, the lower floor offers the opportunity to work out in the private gym and rejuvenate in the relaxation room using the hydro-jet massage shower and sauna. Accessed via the same glass-top staircase is the 4th modular Queen bedroom.
Climb the stairs to the upper level to reveal an elegant mezzanine lounge replete with tasteful furnishings. This floor, with its architectural floating passageways, offers a spectacular perspective of the Loft! This upper level also hosts two bedrooms, including the master bedroom with en suite bathroom including a sunken bath and rain shower, & a second bedroom with a half bathroom opposite. A balcony fitted with patio furniture and two bistro tables stretches along this level and can be accessed by both bedrooms.
Resonating with the property name 'Art Space', two original, story-telling artist murals underline the property's history and artistic ambience, bringing warmth and character to the Loft.
