Fabulously spacious, Mulberry Cottage is a really lovely seaside option for four. In a wonderful location very close to all the amenities of Wells, and with parking for two cars, what more could you want?
This delightful, double fronted period cottage ticks many boxes and will appeal to a small family, couples and friends who are looking for somewhere rather special to stay. A lot of thought has been put into the decor and furnishings to make it stand out and be just that little bit different. There's a mixture of new and some old, much loved family pieces to enjoy. With two bedrooms (king-size and twin), two bathrooms, and three living areas to chose from, as well as a modern, newly fitted kitchen, there's plenty of space here to keep everyone more than happy. Thoughtful extras for young families include a cot, portable bed guard, booster seats, high chair, stair gates and a fire guard, so the whole family will enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
If you can bear to tear yourself away for the day, Mulberry Cottage is a lovely retreat to return to after a busy day exploring Wells, spending a day on the beach, or even venturing further afield. With so much to do, it might be hard to choose. And you've no need to worry about finding somewhere to park when you get back - there are two parking spaces here for you. But, if you just want to stay in and relax, there's no nicer place to be.
From the cottage, you are only a few minutes' walk from the centre of this ever popular seaside town, with its bustling quayside, independent shops, cafes and some great gastro pubs. It's only a ten minute walk to the quay and, if you are feeling energetic, and like walking, you can reach Wells beach in another ten to fifteen minutes (or quicker if you are super fit). It's well worth the effort - this is one of the most stunning beaches you will see. There is something here for everyone, at any time of year and whatever your age. And please don't leave without trying a spot of crabbing from the quay, and some of the freshest fish and chips around.

We felt very at home in Mulberry Cottage. It was our second stay in this comfortable and welcoming cottage. Thank you for all the welcome treats and for the beautiful vase of roses. Great walks from Wells, and bird watching at Cley. Really enjoyed the walk from Morston to Blakeney - thanks for the suggestion.
