A washer and tumble dryer are to be found in the garage on the ground floor

...Moorings Reach in Brixham, Torbay. I holidayed with my husband and two children. We had a lovely week. The accommodation was of a very high standard with everything you could wish for. The location was also excellent, only a short walk to Brixham town and the view of the Marina from the balcony was breathtaking. ...can't recommend the property highly enough. It was spotless and it was nice to be welcomed with tea, coffee, milk and choccy biscuits! The only small improvement I would mention is that it would have been nice to have a chair or stool in the bedroom but as there was only two of us we took a chair upstairs out of the sitting room.
