Some guests mention a warm welcome with a bottle of wine, adding a touch of thoughtfulness to their stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews frequently highlight the property's cleanliness, with numerous guests describing the lodge as spotless. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and care.

The lodge's location is often described as peaceful with wonderful views, making it a perfect base for exploring the local area. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions is also appreciated.

The majority of guests find the lodge comfortable, noting the cosy atmosphere and warm welcome. However, there are some comments about the beds and seating not being as comfortable as desired, which slightly affects the score.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Some guests, however, mention a lack of certain kitchen utensils and issues with maintenance such as the shower, which impacts the score.

Several guests mention receiving a bottle of wine upon arrival, which is a thoughtful touch. However, as not all reviews mention this, and to ensure expectations are managed, it's noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

Totally enclosed garden . As for the cabin itself its bright comfortable with more than addiquate and modern kitchen complete with large fridge freezer . Sofa and chairs very comfy to relax and watch the large television. Bedrooms are spacious beds extremely comfy and more than enough built in wardrobe space with bedside cabinets and lamps . Bathroom is modern spacious extra large shower with super hot water bath basin and toilet . The cabin is nice warm and cosy with you having the ability to adjust the heat level required . Views are superb and the veranda and bench an added bonus . The owners dont bother you but very approachable if any help is required . My first stay was so enjoyable and relaxed ive booked again for August 2024 . Also the coast line is easy to reach from the cabin .

We just wanted the chill out and the sofa and 2 chairs were so uncomfortable i had to lay on the bed. The shower was lovely but the fixing was too stiff to turn the temperature down so couldn't shower. Needs some more pans not big enough pans to cook dinner. However still a clean beauriful place and we will be going again
