Fontwell Park Racecourse, with its 23 meetings each year, is just a few minutes' away, and the market town of Arundel is only five miles away and has a castle, set alongside the River Arun, a cathedral, art galleries, tea rooms and cobbled streets. The cottage was clean, the beds very comfortable and the Annexe is well equipped on every level. The owners are very welcoming, but by no means intrusive. It’s ideally situated in amazing woodlands but a short drive from Chichester, Arundel and Brighton. As this was our third time, it’s obvious we would definitely stay again. It has all you’ll need for a perfect getaway.

We are more than "picky" but the cleanliness, facilities, position and friendliness of the owner was a pleasure to experience. This was our second visit and we have already booked for another.......that must speak volumes. For Sue & I the perfect retreat.
