Giving one star is generous. The place was filthy with dust and mould, a bit like being in a 1970s horror film. Horrendous - we checked out after one night but only because it was too late to find somewhere else for that night too. Really awful

This was a very well Located place for acces to Salcombe. It is quiet with friendly neighbours.

Happy with accommodation. Bedroom windows have some black bits round frames like mould not keen on that. Also the small window not properly secured, we could open the window even though we had locked it. Few cobwebs too otherwise all satisfactory.
