This semi-detached holiday home is in a quiet side road of similar homes, an easy walk from the picturesque harbour of this pretty fishing village and small working port, with wide beaches (Wells beach 1½ miles). It has lawned gardens and offers a good base for couples and small families exploring the wealth of beaches, bird reserves and the livelier resorts of North Norfolk. Sandringham 12 miles, and historic King’s Lynn and the Broads around 30 minutes drive. Shops 30 yards, pubs and restaurants 300 yards.

A lovely little house, really clean and warm. Close to everything we needed, and ten minute walk into Wells and the harbour. The owner, lives next door and was very keen to know we were comfortable. The house is a little dated, but that doesn't bother us. Our one request would have been for a cafetière or other coffee maker. We will definitely come again.

A perfect location to explore the town of Wells. The property was very clean and the photos on the website could do with being updated to show the work that has been done. We had everything needed to cook at home when we wanted to. Clearly we went in February but there were points when the house felt cold in the afternoon/evening. The house itself was comfortable and we would happily rebook as the cost was low compared to other places.
