This high-quality lodge is placed on the outskirts of Dobwalls in Cornwall at our Southern Halt site, making it perfect to use as a stylish base for that much needed family getaway with a good proximity to attractions in the area.

Be welcomed into the log cabin by its bright and airy open plan living area, uplifted by the large floor to ceiling windows allowing the natural light to flood in. Immaculate, white fixtures and fittings abound in this room, with a fully-equipped kitchen offering all that you need.

Open the patio doors and allow the countryside breeze to flow in whilst you're tucking into a homemade meal, or while you're kicking back in front of the TV. Discover the three well-presented bedrooms to the back of this wooden-clad retreat. The master double room benefits from a wall-mounted TV and excellent en-suite facilities, whilst the two twin rooms boast flexible zip/link beds, accommodating guests of any kind. The stylish decking wraps itself around this fabulous retreat, displaying some simply astounding views of the nearby countryside. Admire these from the decking furniture, or perhaps from your very own sunken hot tub with a glass of bubbly in hand. From your lodge stroll into Dobwalls, buy your daily essentials or enjoy a coffee at one of the quaint cafes. A short trip away is the ancient town of Liskeard, lined with charming buildings and a range of first-class shops and eateries, or for a more thrilling time, trek through the nearby Bodmin Moor with its network of scenic walking and cycling paths. If a trip to the seaside is on the cards, head to the south coast. Here you will find beautiful coastal spots including Looe and Polperro, flanked by glorious sandy beaches and entertainment for all. Guests can enjoy the Old Mill Bar and Restaurant at our sister site, Stonerush Lakes, which can be found less than 15 minutes drive. Dobwalls is a village within reach of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. It enjoys a small selection of local amenities, as well as a superb location for exploring the area's top attractions. The market town of Liskeard is a few short miles away, offering a wider range of facilities along its charming streets. Cornwall's south coast is within reach, hosting spots such as Looe and Fowey for you to make the most of.
