"Stayed at cottage from 6th July-13th July, location, scenery and hot tub fabulous although hot tub was not the cleanest when we arrived although my husband had mentioned this concern to owners after reading previous visitors reviews. They ought to be maintaining hot tub daily especially when a party of 6 as we were are using it daily. The cottage itself was a huge disappointment 😔 back bedrooms bed is badly broken and expect a visit to chiropractors after your stay. Extractor for cooker not working, dining table leg broken, one of single beds broken, practically no running hot water in bathroom sink and not much power in shower. No bike shed as stated, front bedroom wardrobe doors broken, bbq filthy on arrival, hoover smelt of wet dog which was absolutely disgusting also musty smell in bedroom cupboard aswell as throughout whole cottage on arrival. Overall was really dissatisfied would recommend overhaul and replacement of many items especially the hoover. In no way good value for money costing much more than it’s worth. Certainly would not be returning 😡😡"

"This really is a very, very comfortable cottage. It has everything you might want - and definitely the best welcome pack ever. Very well-equipped kitchen - the cooker is now on my next kitchen wish-list - very friendly layout with lots of room to spread out downstairs in dining room, living room and delightful conservatory with great views over the fields and hills. You are right out in the country here but Pitlochry is no more than 10 minutes drive away. Pitlochry itself is quite a nice little tourist town - not half as busy as we expected for August and there is so much to see and do nearby - walks, castles, whisky, lochs and much more. But we often felt like just hanging out at the cottage - so comfortable - or looking for deer up the lane. Thank you very much for such a warm friendly welcome as well. All of us highly recommend this cottage - we loved it and are already planning to return."

"We enjoyed a wonderful time in the most beautiful but spacious cottage at Wester Coshieville. Set up a lovely little farm track, which immediately helps you escape the rest of the world as you park up with stunning 360 degree views of the Scottish highlands.Made to feel so incredibly welcome on arrival, aided by the (still warm!) delicious home made lemon drizzle cake and fantastic food hamper, and then throughout our stay - even afterwards by returning the necklace our daughter left behind! The cottage has been recently converted to a high quality finish with gorgeous attention to detail - the cottage made our visit, we could easily have spent our entire stay indoors but with such amazing walks on the doorstep that wasn't an option. Already looking forward to our return visit! Thank you so much - George, Jill, Jessica & Bailey 🐾"

"Really enjoyed our stay here in the Highlands. Superb location, only two miles from the A9,which takes you to Aviemore/Inverness in the North, and Pitlochry/Perth in the South. The cottage had everything you could wish for during a Winter stay. Worthy of mention are the powerful showers, both upstairs & downstairs. Ground floor big,en suite upstairs, a little small. All beds,as previously commented upon, were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the wood burner, just what you need after a long day sightseeing. We visited lots of places during our stay and were blessed with breathtaking snowy landscapes everywhere. However, next time,we must hire a 4 x 4! I would highly recommend this property and hope to one day stay again."

"S49941 is in a great location. Close enough to the village but also far enough away for piece and quite. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh are about an hour away. The cottage had a few niggles, no name plate on the cottage. When we arrived in the dark I had to guess we were at the right place. The decking around the hot tub hasn’t been swept for awhile, orange slices, fag ends and tea lights littered the decking. No outside light when in the hot tub, The open fire hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time, I emptied a bin bags worth of ash from under the grate. The living/dinning room feels quite small with such a large melted tv on the wall above the fire. A lot of the kitchen utensils are broken. I probably wouldn’t book again"
