What our customers say about their holidays

    • Matthew - Verified booking

      Absolutely beautiful spot.

The Little Pandy Cottage is an annexed dtetached building and a name play on the actually Pandy Cottage who's grounds it sits in. I was greeted by Colin the host, who was very welcoming and offered the grounds to our disposal, there is a beautiful river that runs through the garden with a bridge across to massive gardens full of apple trees and fruit bushes of several varieties to which he allows you to pick at your leisure (season depending). The garden walk is lit up at night and is stunning to look at from the raised hot tub decking next to the annex where you stay The interior is very clean and well decorated with a decent power shower and mini kitchen. The kitchen has over, grill microwave and a hob with all the crockery and utensils you need as well as cookware. We were provided with fresh coffee and tea facilities and a small bottle of milk which was well received. The hot tub is amazing and well kept, with a pair of @dryrobe's for you to use. There is a washer and dryer provided outside the annex and washing tablet provided should you wish to use it. All in all a very nice place to stay indeed Colin and becky are very welcoming people who ate keen to help if needed. We would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Little Pandy Cottage.

Colin and Becky were great hosts. This place is not 5 star or boutique accommodation but is well presented clean and comfortable and provides the essentials and more in beautiful surroundings. Tea coffee and milk were provided on our arrival which was very welcome as we didn’t bring any provisions with us. The hot tub is great. Good and hot and well maintained. Dry robes were provided which is a nice touch. The steps to the tub are a little precarious if wet and in the dark, but otherwise all good. Although it’s located down a private unmade track and a bit of a jiggle getting in and out of, it’s a great spot to explore North Wales from. It’s many years since I was in Wales and I had forgotten how amazing the place is we received a warm welcome every where we went. Plenty of places to eat nearby but pretty uninspiring to be honest but would def recommend Likya Turkish and med in Flint though. We would be more than happy to stay with Colin and Becky again sometime soon, and have unreservedly recommended it to friends and family.

Friendly and available hosts but not intrusive.

The cottage is cosy but plenty of room for the two of us to relax. Separate kitchen and shower room and a shared bed, dining, lounge. It's very pretty with everything you could need. Absolutely lovely setting next to the river. Myself and my partner enjoyed the hot tub every evening after the days activities. We didn't need to use the dry robes provided but it's clear that the hosts do their best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. This is a great location for exploring lots of tourist attractions. We enjoyed Ruthin gaol museum and in particular loved Nant clwyd House, the oldest timber house in Wales. Conwy was a lovely little town and we enjoyed the castle. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting Llandudno for the first time. Took a tram up the Great Orme and a cable car down. Spectacular. Fully recommend.

What a wonderful cottage, with a superb location and views!

It was perfect for us and the cottage was super cosy and we loved the traditional decor. It was clean, tidy and well kept. The Welsh Cakes and goody basket with the teas and Coffees was very kind and a nice touch. The farm is lovely and the owner so friendly and kind. If I could wave a magic wand, and it's a personal preference, to have a comfier mattress. I have a bad back and it was quite firm. On removing the sheets for check out, it was evident that perhaps the mattress had better days. The duvet had a small rip in and the comfy sofa was missing a middle leg at the front, so we had quite a shock on standing up as the sofa tipped forward quite drastically! Maybe something to look into? This wouldn't deter us coming back as it was the perfect holiday cottage otherwise and great value as well.

This cottage was just delightful. Ideal position between areas of interest in North Pembrokeshire and with lots to do. Lovely private setting next to woodland with well positioned outdoor seating to admire great views across the lower land & out to sea. Very cosy cottage, clean and very comfortable, perfect for us and our very active dog - with a coast path branch adjacent and lovely sandy dog-friendly beaches just a short drive away. Beds very comfortable and the internet works well. Hosts very welcoming and helpful - live nearby though in no way intrusive. A great find for us and a perfect place to spend a week enjoying Welsh hospitality, exploring and eating local produce in quite a few good eating spots only a very short drive away. We loved it. Definitely 5 stars from us
