What our customers say about their holidays

    • Mrs Robinson - Verified booking

Lovely cottage and location - a real retreat, with great views and outside space, ideal for walking and exploring the surrounding countryside. We visited West Malling, a ten minute drive - a pretty village with quaint shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home stay, and the onsite Hilltop restaurant is a real gem. We had a lovely break, and would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay :-)

    • Mrs Watson - Verified booking

I was very warmly welcomed and found the accommodation to be beautifully clean, tidy and well organised. It was in a good location for my requirements and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The added bonus was the attached restaurant - only open for meals at the weekend but well worth booking in for, the food was delicious and, again, a very warm welcome was extended by the family.

Throughout our stay, The Owners were incredibly nice and helpful, from the moment we arrived until our last day. Lovely home.

Well furnished and clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the were easy to contact. We traveled to London on the train which was easy to do with the train station in walking distance of the house. Also the idea place to drive to other areas out with London. I highly recommend this property

Lovely property very clean and comfortable A little concerned which we have not experienced before with Sykes properties was a list of what was or wax not expected often using phrase “we do not expect.

.,…..” etc we found this a bit off putting though possibly there has been a poor experience from previous stayers But a lovely house. 20 min walk from Railway Station but that was my speed. Taxi £6 to Station A very nice comfortable property
