What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages With Gardens In Ely To Rent.

"Lovely relaxing cottage. We only needed two bedrooms but super to have a feeling of space. Great big table in the kitchen for family meals and garden enclosed for our dog which is not always the case in cottages that allow dogs. 10 minutes from the house and you can be on a train to Cambridge which is beautiful. There were dog walks near the house but the weather was not great for our week so wellies needed. Children enjoyed the park zip slide too. We did find the lack of a drier an issue, especially with children; we did put clothes over the radiators- handy to have so many. Also with a long estate car, it was difficult to get out and in the gate as cars were always parked along the road directly opposite the gate. It took some negotiating!"

"My husband and I wanted a quick weekend getaway and S17020 was the perfect place to be. We really enjoyed ourselves. The facilities were very cleaned, well equipped, comfortable and the Hot Tub was the cherry on the top.Debbie (Owner) is such a wonderful friendly person. She made us feel really comfortable and welcomed. The cottage is like a Summer House with amazing Cottage style features near the owner's home. But the way the garden is set up there is an element of privacy. Debbie and her family respected our privacy and made us feel really comfortable. We will defo stay there againThanks Debbie, until next time!"

"We really enjoyed staying at the cottage, it was nice and quirky, and had everything we needed. It was the first time we had taken our dog on holiday with us and the cottage proved to be ideal for all of us. The enclosed garden meant we didn't have to keep shutting doors to stop the dog escaping. Good central location for planning trips out and lots of local information and recommendations provided by the owners.Having the owners close was a real bonus for when we had questions. The only bad thing to say about our stay was; as real ale drinkers there were no pint glasses! 'But we coped' ;)"

"A fabulous cottage, in a fantastic location. All the major local attractions, like National Trust properties and museums were easy to drive to, and Wicken Fen was within walking distance. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and was really spacious. It definitely had the wow factor. The owners went out of their way to help in anyway they could, even providing a computer lead so we could hook our laptop up to the TV! And our 8 year old daughter absolutely loved using their trampoline! Definitely one of the best cottages we’ve stayed booked so far."

"S17012 is one of those gems one rarely comes across – a comfortable bolthole set in the most remarkable and (as it transpired) historically significant gardens in England. The Manor’s present owner is a true English gent – remarkably well informed and hugely knowledgeable about the area. These few facts alone merit admission to this very reasonably priced home from home. And finally, we’re looking forward to our third visit in the not too distant future! Already missing Willow - the Manor’s very friendly and quietly inquisitive dog. Keep up the good work!"
