What our customers are saying about our Self Catering Holidays In Llanaber.
Mr Rolf Ruschemeier, Vlotho, Nordnhein Westfalen - verified booking
"We came as a family of four (parents and two adult daughters) to spend our Christmas days in Tan y Bryn and we had a very lovely time! It was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, cosy and just the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. The landscape is beautiful, although it is useful to have a car to be able to explore the area properly. We brought most of our supplies, but the little shop in the village was also surprisingly well-stocked and the next bigger supermarket is just a few miles away. We spent our last evening in the pub just a few hundred metres down the road and had a nice dinner and lots of fun. We would definitely recommend a stay at Tan y Bryn and maybe we will even come back one day!"
Mrs Holland, Guildford, Surrey - verified booking
"This beautiful house was everything we hoped for. The pool table and table tennis table were an instant hit with the teenagers whilst the adults appreciated the enormous kitchen/dining room and the various sitting areas. The beds were really comfortable and everything was decorated to a high standard. Whilst off the beaten track (pitch black at night with amazing bats circling outside) we were in easy reach of beautiful beaches and lots of activities. The fact that we had sunshine all week was an added and unexpected bonus but even if had rained we would have enjoyed our holiday."

"This cottage is quirky, warm and very well furnished. It had all we needed and was a home from home. The walks at the back of the cottage were great for the dogs albeit we had to keep them on a lead for part of the way as there were a few steep drops. Very magical hearing and seeing the steam train puff away in the hillside at the back of the cottage. Great to have the fuel for the fire provided for all of our holiday saving us having to search around for it. Great pub serving food 5 minutes walk away which was great after a long day out."
Ms Trudy Pease, Belper, Derbyshire - verified booking
"The location of this little gem of a cottage was absolutely stunning with beautiful walks and cycle routes from the door and complete peace and quiet. You could tell that the owners had lovingly restored the old barn it had such a lovely feel, so relaxing! The owners were friendly, helpful and interesting, there if you wanted them but not intrusive. The welcome pack was rather delicious too! We can't wait to return!"
Mr Stephen Lee, Rowley Regis, West Midlands - verified booking
"This was a lovely cottage in an excellent location. A beautiful sleepy little village. We were blessed with good weather which added to a super September break. There was a really good pub just 2 minutes walk away called the Ship Abroad with excellent food and really helpful and pleasant staff. There were lots of places to visit within the region such as Harlech, Porthmadog and the beautiful Portmerion."
