Rural retreat with good parking. Spacious accommodation for couples. Comfortable bed with more than adequate storage space. Kitchen facilities and equipment a good standard. Some basic provisions but unusually these days no welcome pack. Seating quite comfortable and tv although small has multi channels available and picture quality good. A small enclosed area provided which was safe for dogs but pictures of grassed area shown not part of the enclosed area which is deceptive. Open access Common land of Sutton Green a pleasant area for dogs to access. Local footpaths are poorly maintained and access to multiple public footpaths in Dee Valley difficult as farmers lock gates and put fences across rights of way.

Nice to see the wild life, we saw a weasel, grey squirrel, lesser spotted wood pecker and a great variety of birds. Enjoyed our stay, will be going back.

It was spotlessly clean. The description and photos were completely accurate. We were on a country lane and it was so quiet and peaceful and we fully relaxed. Saw a woodpecker on the telegraph pole and there was lots of other birds in the garden. Bed was really comfy and a nice touch was the shower stool, we always take a shower stool as my husband needs one, this time it stayed in its box. Would definitely look at returning to this lovely bungalow.
