The property sleeps up to six guests in two delightful bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing staycation for all of the family in North Wales. Upon arrival, be presented by an idyllic stone-fronted cottage, fit with a contemporary door, welcoming you inside the property and into a handy porch, ideal for storing muddy shoes and coats. On your left, find the sitting room, where a woodburning stove takes center stage, nestled in front of exposed brick, making this social area a warming room to gather with your family and flick on the Smart TV. Venture down the hall to locate the kitchen/diner, homing all the necessities required to rustle up a tasty meal, whilst your loved ones settle down at the dining table to plan the itinerary for the days ahead. Rest and rejuvenate in one of two bedrooms in the home, climbing the stairs where you'll find two beautifully-appointed doubles, each with an extra bed for the younger ones; these stunning bedrooms offer ample storage and refreshing white walls for a bright and airy feel to the rooms. Still on the first-floor is the family bathroom, where you can indulge in a long soak in the bath as you get ready for a nights embrace, or take a soothing shower of a morning to freshen up for the adventurous day ahead. Enjoy your morning coffee in the suntrap garden and inhale the fresh countryside air as you take advantage of the tranquil location. Get to know the local village and take a short stroll to The Union Inn, a welcoming pub with a selection of ales and home-cooked meals, or pick up some local delicacies from the nearby shop, which is well-stocked with all the essentials for your home-from-home experience. The picturesque village of Tremadog rests on the outskirts of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where you can find a variety of magnificent walking, hiking and cycling routes to suit a variety of abilities, boasting stunning views of the mountainous region. Set a stone's throw away is the popular coastal town of Porthmadog, where you can board a heritage steam-hauled train at Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways, passing through rural pastures and woodland, or enjoy a leisurely stroll around the scenic harbour, soaking in the views across the tranquil water as the elegant boats sail in. History buffs will be delighted with a visit to the nearby seaside resort of Harlech, home to the medieval fortress of Harlech Castle, Dyffryn Ardudwy Burial Chamber and the thrilling Nantcol Waterfalls. ( highly recommended) Bedrooms were a decent size, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The back bedroom with the double and single bed was ideal. We found the front room very cosy and the log fire was superb at night, easy to light and clean out in the morning. The logs left to use were well received. The kitchen was brilliant for us as a family given its size and space, and we spent plenty of time around the dining table playing games, the option of the little seating area outside of the back door was a lovely idea for when the weather permits you to be able to sit out, morning or evening. Overall we would certainly recommend the Weavers cottage to couples of all ages and familyâs alike. Superb weekâs holiday. Regards, Steve

Itâs in a great location for local walks and a short drive to many places of interest such as Snowdonia, Porthmadog and Portmeirion. The cottage itself is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all you need for your stay. The log burner in the lounge makes it feel very cosy and the ability to park immediately outside is another bonus. We will definitely bring our golf clubs the next time we stay to play the nearby Porthmadog golf course which looked lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be returning

I tried to email but it got rejected, just a few things really let the house down , a cracked glass , a chipped tea plate , batteries need changing in the remote and the towels need replacing. We never lit the fire although it would have been nice . You may like to check the beds as the were pieces of timber lying on the floor .
