For walking lovers, the cottage rests on the edge of National Park, where you can explore the tallest mountain in Wales, breath-taking coastlines and areas stepped the history to explore. For a great day out take a visit to Black Rock Sands which is only 3.5 miles away. It has a massive sandy beach that is dog friendly all year round and you can park on the beach. Alternatively, head into the larger coastal town of Porthmadog, where you will find a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops to suit all ages and tastes. During the warmer months, head to Harlech beach, where you can soak up the sun, walk the dog or take a dip into the sea. Gwynle is an ideal base for couples with dogs or a family looking to explore the wonders of North Wales.

Resting on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park and the popular seaside resort of Porthmadog is this quaint, little village of Tremadog.
