In Snowdonia National Park on the owners' farm a mile from Penrhyndeudraeth and a few miles from Portmeirion is The Old Stable, a stone cottage with lovely mountain views from the patio and hot tub. This comfortable accommodation is close to sandy beaches, Porthmadog four miles away, and other attractions like the Ffestiniog railway, which runs through the grounds, mountain biking and excellent walks. A few miles away there are good restaurants and pubs.

Excellent! Super facilities, especially the hot tub! Rhys and his family are so welcoming and they have an absolutely fabulous cottage in a perfect location... it’s peaceful, truly rural and has stunning views. We had an fabulous stay..... totally relaxing and invigorating. What could be better than sitting in the hot tub & enjoying the views whilst dinner was cooking!! Superb hosts, excellent facilities and unique location. We had an amazing time!! Thank you!

Family group visit. Stunning surroundings. The countryside looks spectacular at this time of year. Cottage was warm and comfortable and provided lots of little extras meaning there was nothing we were left needing. The train passing by was a particular delight to our 2 year old. Every train driver gave him a big wave and blew the whistle for him. Many more adventures to be had here in the future. Communication with the owners was excellent
