About this property

A homely 3 bedroom caravan with spacious open plan living space. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole family with Large TV and plenty of storage.

The dining space is a table and 4 chairs rather than the caravan dining table you may expect to see.

The kitchen has all the utensils and and crockery you would expect to see, with a gas oven and hob airfryer and microwave.

At the end of the corridor you will find a double bedroom with storage space and en-suite.

A further 2 twin bedrooms, one slightly larger than the other with storage space and family bathroom can also be found.

Secure veranda with outdoor seating so you can enjoy the great outdoors.

If you have young children, there is a travel cot and mattress bed side guard for 1 bed, a black out blind and a booster seat for a young child to eat at the table. If you need to use the cot, we will tell you where it is stored, however, you must put this up and take down. The cot will need to be used in the main living area or master bedroom.

There is an wrap around decking area to enjoy the sunsets.

We also have Wifi in the caravan, the password details are on the router.

I have provided a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Should you wish to eat in the clubhouse in the evenings you will need to phone and book before you arrive.

If you are going out and plan to be back in the evening after 7pm, there is a swipe card in the caravan that will allow you access through the barrier. Please take this with you when you go out.

Double bed with a king sized duvet and 4 standard singles in the twin rooms. Bedding pack is available at an extra £35 if you would rather the car space for something else!
