Brynteg in Llwyngwril is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and prime location with sea views and proximity to the beach. Guests appreciate the comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, and the garden. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests enjoying their stay and recommending the property.
The property is consistently described as spotlessly clean, with multiple reviews highlighting the cleanliness. This suggests a high standard of hygiene and care.
The location is frequently praised for its easy access to the beach, local walks, and public transport. The scenic views and proximity to Snowdonia add to its appeal.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests finding the property homely and the beds comfortable. However, some reviews mention issues with bed quality, which slightly lowers the score.
Facilities are appreciated, especially the well-equipped kitchen and garden. Criticisms about maintenance, such as the need for new pots and pans, and the lack of hooks and towel rails, suggest room for improvement.
There is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null due to insufficient information.

Spoke with Peter the owner couple of days before the booking started - very welcoming and keen to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect as a base for exploring the National Park and the village itself welcoming. Village store has the basic essentials, Co-Op stores in either Tywyn or Dolgellaufor those wanting more. Thank You for a very pleasant stay.

It really is a home from home. The rooms are spacious. We really like the fact that we have off road parking and also a garden to be able to sit and just chill. The sunsets from the living room are stunning. Just a short walk to the pebble beach. It is a lovely part of the country and the village is very peaceful and friendly.
