The property features a games room and a garden where you can sit out and enjoy al fresco dining. There is also an outside toilet with a wall fixed clothes line for guests to use and a recently added electric car charging point. Just down the road you’ll find Harlech, home to the imposing unesco world heritage site Harlech Castle. Bustling Barmouth is also only a short distance, take a walk along the promenade and indulge in some fish and chips. An iconic feature of the town is Barmouth Bridge, over 150-year-old railway viaduct across the Mawddach Estuary. It is half a mile in length with a wooden promenade suitable for pedestrians or cyclists which now forms part of the Wales Coast Path and the Lon Las Cymru Cycle Network. Nantcol waterfalls are just 5 miles away and offer a great day out, a perfect place for a family picnic whilst playing in the stream. You’ll be in a fantastic location to explore this area of the Snowdonia National Park. Beach 2 miles. Pub and restaurant 1½ miles.

Access hard work with all the steps. Not suitable for extremely young children or elderly. Front door opens directly onto a main road pathway outside gate doesn’t run to end corner.Outside of front door pathed area by wall before going outside gate requires weeding and general cleaning up.Rear garden on a very steep slope steps up tripping hazard.. lawn not cut very overgrown.. No gates at rear of the property to give security for allowing a dog to run free. I personally would not say this is a suitable property for a dog to stay at.

Excellent home, ideal for our family. Very comfortable and everything you need. Outdoor space let it down somewhat which is why we didn’t give 5 stars.
