Ideally located for walking and cycling enthusiasts, there's no shortage of trails and hikes to explore nearby with direct access to many. Coed y Brenin Forest just around 1.5mi from your front door where you can take a woodland walk to Rhaeadr Mawddach and Pistyll Gain waterfalls or cycle down some exciting mountain biking routes. The nearby towns of Dolgellau and Blaenau Ffestiniog boats independent shops and eateries as well as numerous local activities such as Ffestiniog Railway, cycling at Antur Stiniog (14 mi) and adventure at Zip World Slate Caverns (15 mi). The beaches of Abermaw and Fairbourne are around 15 miles from the cottage as well as the coastal fortress of Harlech Castle.

Fantastic property in a fabulous location.everything was of a high standard and the views from the bi-folding doors were spectacular. Lots of things to do in the area including walks and good driving routes.(try the coast road from Dolgellau up to Harlech Castle with great sea views.

This is a very attractive property with a sunny lounge with large windows and lovely views. There is plenty of parking. The hosts are very helpful and are next door if you have any problems or questions. It is very convenient for the Coed y Brenin forest and all the cycle trails. You have to drive about 20 minutes to get to Cadair Idris and Dolgellau, however.
