About this property

Tucked away in a peaceful woodland setting, above the beautiful Barmouth beach is this attractive single storey bungalow Woodland Roost. Enjoying sea views and surrounded by rich woodland, this pretty, detached home is ideal for a family or four friends. On arrival, park up in an off-road parking space before climbing a handful of steps to reach your home-from-home. Discover the bright and airy living space with a compact kitchen; here the chef of the group can rustle up mouth-watering dishes courtesy of the oven and hob. Relax and unwind on the sofa, enjoy freesat TV or plug in your own device for internet access. Or soak in the panoramic seascape from the conservatory, and enjoy the amazing sunsets. Enjoy woodland views from the rear dining conservatory, and listen to the sounds of nature and the mountain stream. As the evening calls, retire inside and treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the sleek bathroom before climbing into your pyjamas. When eyes grow heavy, choose between two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both with bedside lamps so you can escape into a book. Enjoy a cup of tea on the garden patio and let the sea breeze wake you up, as plans are made for the day ahead. A walk down the steep hill or short drive takes you to Traith Abermaw, (Barmouth Beach), and enjoy all the attractions this little town has to offer. The seaside town of Barmouth is home to a cluster of eateries for when you fancy a break from cooking and quirky shops so you can take home a souvenir. For award-winning beaches, visit the seaside resort of Harlech; here you can explore Harlech Castle, which rests on a rocky hill and test your swing at Royal St. David's Golf Club. For a coastal escape like no other, consider Woodland Roost.

Between the Rhinogs, part of the Snowdonia Mountains, and the gorgeous golden beaches of the North Wales coastline, the lovely community of Llanbedr quietly nestles in ancient woodland. This charming village has an exciting array of wildlife and birds, handy local shops, bike hire, and mountain walks on your doorstep, as well as two excellent pubs, and is situated next to the beautiful River Artro and boasts a mild climate due to its unusual positioning behind the high dunes of a nature reserve.
