Situated on the Mawddach Estuary and Mawddach Trail this large accommodation is perfectly located for a tranquil holiday. Guests can fish off the garden wall or cycle the trail and Coed y Brenin. Walk over the famous Black Bridge to Barmouth and explore its shops pubs and restaurants or enjoy ample leisure activities. The estuary and sea have an abundance of water sports on offer while the National Park provides excellent walking horse riding along the beach climbing and cycling for both novice and experienced activity holidaymakers. The area is also home to many castles gardens and historic sites waiting to be explored as well as two stunning Blue Flag beaches.

The waterside property has retained many original features. On the ground floor are two of the six bedrooms - one double and one king-size - as well as a shower room with WC. Making the most of the stunning views the lounge can be found on the first floor. Here you can relax in front of the wood burner in front of the TV/DVD. The open kitchen/diner is also on the first floor and is well-equipped with an oven and hob fridge/freezer additional separate fridge microwave and dishwasher as well as a washing machine tumble dryer and a large dining table.

The triple height bunk bedroom (which is suitable for adults) is also on this floor as is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC and separate WC. Three further bedrooms can be found on the second floor - one double one king-size and one twin with all enjoying breath-taking views. There is also another bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you ll find an enclosed garden that overlooks the estuary to the front of the property. There s ample garden furniture as well as a BBQ for you to make use of during your stay.
