Entering this characterful property, the welcoming lounge has a wood burner set in an impressive inglenook, with a digital radio, Smart TV and ample seating, making this a lovely space to snuggle up together after a wonderful day’s exploring. Heading through, the light-filled kitchen/diner is perfect for preparing and sharing romantic meals for two. The ground floor also features a useful shower room. Steep cottage-style stairs lead up to the light and relaxing bedroom with a cosy double bed and a handy en-suite shower room. Outside, the pretty garden has a BBQ and outdoor furniture, offering a cheerful space for a morning coffee or a spot of al fresco dining on a summer’s evening.
Trefriw is a friendly Welsh village with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, and is home to the Fairy Falls and Woollen Mills. The cheerful town of Llanrwst sits along the River Conwy (4.5 miles), with landmarks including the Gorsedd Circle, Gwydir Castle and Rhaeadr Y Parc Mawr. To the south, Betws-y-Coed (5 miles) is a fantastic base for exploring Snowdonia, with opportunities for climbing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, biking and exploring breathtaking hilltop lakes, waterfalls and woodlands. Heading north, you can visit the historic Conwy Castle (10 miles) or Bodnant Garden (11 miles).
