The cottage enjoys a fabulous location with some of the most inspirational walks from the front door which take in nearby waterfalls, stunning countryside, rolling hills and there’s even a whisky distillery within walking distance, one for the grown ups! Attractions nearby include Zip World, Craig-y-Nos Country Park and the beaches of the Gower Peninsula are within a short drive away. Penderyn is a small village in mid-Wales, home to a whisky distillery with a popular visitor centre, plus two pubs. Penderyn is set within the Brecon Beacons National Park, and as such makes a great base for enjoying some of the wonderful walks and cycle trails around the park. The sandy beaches of South Wales are easily reached, as is the university city of Swansea.
