Please note: Families and holidaymakers only.. This semi-detached cottage is situated on the owners working farm, overlooking the lush green countryside. The fields adjacent to the property are full of deer, and you can enjoy watching the bound through the fields from the garden. The property consists of a spacious kitchen/dining room with a wood burner, and large windows looking onto the deer park. Three steps lead from the kitchen to a shower room and two bedrooms one made up of a double bed, and the other with 3 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the large living room, boasting views over the rolling countryside beyond. There is also a snug with a single sofa bed, family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds.
The wonderful property is located just outside the village of Painscastle, home to a local pub, and only 5 miles from Hay-on-Wye, with a further range of amenities including shops, restaurants, coffee shops, book shops and so much more. Shop and restaurant 5 miles, pub ½ mile.
