Completing the downstairs is a stylish kitchen/diner boasting a range of amenities to assist you in creating meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table. Climb the staircase to the first floor to locate the twin and single bedroom, perfect for children. This floor also contains the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. When sleep calls, venture up the second flight of stairs to the master bedroom and admire its sloping ceilings and refreshing ambiance before sinking into the super-king-sized bed. On the ground floor, patio doors lead out to a pretty garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining on the garden furniture. The nearby town of Haverfordwest provides several major supermarkets and shops. The castle is a popular attraction, as is the local shops and cafes. A great day out for your family is to visit the famous walled town of Tenby with its fantastic beaches, cobbled streets, and picture postcard harbour. The nearby island of Caldey with its Cistercian monastery can be visited by boat from the harbour which also provides fishing trips. 20 minutes from Clarbeston road is the market town of Narberth offering a plethora of eateries specialising in local sourced produce, boutique and antique shops. If walking is your passion, then the Pembrokeshire Coast path with its stunning views can be easily accessed as can the beautiful Preselli mountains. Nearby Llys-Y-Fran Lake provides walking trails, water activities, land adventures, cycling and fishing. Also within easy reach are the popular attractions of Oakwood theme park, Heatherton World of Activities, Dinosaur Park, Folly Farm, Manor Wildlife Park and Clerkenhill Adventure Farm. The City of St Davids is a 30 minute drive away with its majestic Cathedral and the Bishops Palace. Boat trips to Ramsey Island and Skomer which offer great wildlife watching opportunities are highly recommended. Clarbeston Road itself has a nearby riding stable and a popular local pub which is within 5 minutes walk of your holiday home. As well as easy road access Clarbeston road has a mainline rail station.

The town is perched on the opening of the River Cleddau and boasts a large leisure complex, a museum and a castle, making it an ideal holiday location for families with younger children. The coastal footpath is great for strolls and relaxing on sandy beaches, the area is also home to Bluestone Water Park and Oakwood Theme Park.
